Our preferred shipping provider is UPS. The shipping map here can give you an estimate of how long it will take for your package to arrive via UPS standard ground shipping. Your sales rep will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our door.

Rushed shipping is available but is subject to fees. We cannot be held liable for shipping errors (Damage or Loss once UPS has picked up your order.

We are not responsible for any damage or losses when merchandise is placed at the carrier's disposal.

"Carrier" means any person who, in a contract of carriage, undertakes to perform or to procure the performance of transport, by rail, road, sea, air, inland waterway, or by a combination of such modes. Our Team delivers the goods to the carrier as determined by our terms of delivery, and not upon the arrival of the goods to the destination.

Do your shipping speeds include production time?

Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our fastest option is Rush (delivery in the next business day), which is available only for certain services and destinations. The next-day shipping only refers to the shipping timeline. Products must be processed and ready before 1 p.m. for next-day shipping.

Are your shipping times guaranteed?

Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time and you’re not satisfied, neither are we. Contact us – we’re here to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

We don’t offer free shipping because shipping costs are a significant expense, and absorbing those costs would negatively impact our profit margins and business sustainability.

Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, tracking details, invoice, and copy of vendor shipping info. You can also log into your account and look into shipment history to look up tracking info.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We can use a variety of shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, depending on your request. Our preference is UPS.

Can I arrange for my shipping provider/courier to deliver my order?

Yes, you can send us shipping labels, and you can arrange your own pick-ups with your own cargo companies.

Is there a way to pick up my package?

Yes. Where available.

Do you deliver to Cargo companies in the fashion district?

Yes, we do deliver any cargo throughout the fashion district at a free cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available by DHL EXPRESS and Cargo of your preference.

Which countries do you deliver to?

to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Please note that some products may not qualify for international shipping.

My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

Packages are delivered by 8 pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8 pm contact us at working hours from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

If packages are not received after 2 days, fill out a form at any time the package is damaged or lost, as soon as we receive it, we will open an investigation with the shipping provider.

What if my package is returned to the sender?

If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please contact us – we’re here to help.

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?

Our goal is love at first sight. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, we want to know and we want to help. Contact your account manager by phone, email, or fill out the damage complaint form online.
